Will I receive a separate Meta or WhatsApp bill?+
No. Saponly covers WhatsApp/Meta messaging used by Saponly within your plan's included usage. If you reach your included limit, we pause automation or ask before upgrading. We never add surprise pass-through charges.
Is it for small salons?+
Yes — small salons are exactly who we built Saponly for. Hair, nails, makeup, facial, and beauty studios in the Middle East and Asia. It's not a complicated salon ERP.
Will the AI invent prices or slots?+
It is built not to: Saponly answers strictly from the data you give it — services, prices, hours, employees, FAQs — and when it doesn't know something it says so and hands the chat to you. No AI is flawless, which is why you approve every booking yourself and can read every message it sent.
What about no-shows?+
Approved bookings can get 24-hour and 2-hour WhatsApp reminders — subject to WhatsApp template approval for your number — which helps cut no-shows. They go out when your WhatsApp is connected, your plan's included usage isn't used up, and (outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window) your reminder templates are approved by Meta. You always see the delivery status — and any failure — in the dashboard.
