What is not allowed
Saponly must not be used to list, promote, describe, price, answer, route, book, remind, or charge for the following, including any attempt to imply them through coded or indirect language:
- Adult, sexual, erotic, sensual, or pornographic services of any kind.
- Escort, prostitution-related, “girlfriend experience”, or companionship-for-hire services.
- Nude, topless, “happy ending”, or body-to-body services.
- Exploitative, trafficking-related, or non-consensual services.
- Any service that is illegal in the salon’s jurisdiction.
- Coded or disguised language intended to offer any of the above.
No bypassing the filters
Attempting to bypass, trick, or work around Saponly’s moderation — for example with misspellings, code words, private routing, or “off-menu” arrangements — is itself a violation of this policy.
How we enforce it
- Every service is screened automatically when it is created or edited.
- Clearly prohibited services are rejected and cannot be published, answered by the AI, booked, or charged.
- Ambiguous services are held for manual review and stay hidden until a person approves them.
- The AI receptionist is instructed to refuse prohibited requests and redirect to approved, family-friendly services only.
- Repeated or intentional violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
Our commitment and its limits
Saponly does not knowingly facilitate prohibited services and acts to stop them when identified. No automated system is perfect; this policy describes a strong, good-faith process, not a guarantee, and is not a religious or legal certification.

If you believe a salon is offering a prohibited service through Saponly, please tell us via the contact page (public salon pages also carry a “Report” link). We review reports and take action where appropriate.
