Founding salons pay $99/month (or $990/year) and keep that rate for their first 12 paid months, even if Saponly's published prices change. After those 12 months it moves to the then-current regular price, with at least 30 days' notice.

Honest about what beta means
Saponly's V1 product is real and works end-to-end — services, hours, AI replies on WhatsApp, owner-approved bookings, reminders, and a dashboard. "Beta" means we're still iterating with early salons to sharpen the rough edges. You'll see things change quickly because of your feedback.
What we explicitly do not have yet in V1: auto-confirm bookings, multi-location accounts, payment checkout, broadcast/marketing blasts. We'll tell you up-front if your use case needs one of these.
Questions salon owners ask before joining
Do I need a credit card to join the beta?+
No. The 30-day beta needs no Saponly card. After the beta you can either continue on a paid plan (manual invoicing in V1) or close the account — no charges either way.
Will I keep my current WhatsApp number?+
Yes. Saponly uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API on the number your salon already uses. Customer chat history and trust stay intact.
Does the AI confirm bookings on its own?+
No. The AI captures booking requests; you approve, reschedule, or decline from the dashboard. Owner-approval is non-negotiable in V1.
What if the beta doesn't work for my salon?+
Tell us what didn't land. If it's a fixable gap we'll do that during your beta. If not, we close your account on the trial end date — no bill, no chase.
